PermaFoam® Classic is a foam dressing consisting of a hydrophilic polymer with a three-dimensional structure that effectively absorbs wound exudate and maintains a moist wound environment. The versions with an adhesive border feature a circumferential surface coated with polyacrylate adhesive.
PermaFoam® Classic is indicated for acute and chronic wounds with heavy to moderate exudate, e.g., leg ulcers, Stage II–IV pressure ulcers, diabetic foot syndrome, donation sites, abrasions, and incisions.
