The X CHANGE Smartphone Adapter magnetically connects the BETA X Otoscope to a smartphone quickly and easily, allowing practitioners to capture digital images.
For digitally documenting images, seeking a second opinion or sharing images when discussing findings with patients. The smartphone adapter has been optimized for use with the Apple iPhone* in conjunction with the HEINE Auris App (available from the App Store).
- Capture digital otoscopic images – the easy way
- Adapter can be adjusted regardless of the size of the smartphone and the camera arrangement
- Secure connection to the otoscope with the bayonet lock
- Efficient and repeatable adapter assembly on the Smartphone
The smartphone adapter is inserted into the BETA X Otoscope instead of the magnification module (X CHANGE System 4.2x Magnifier or 3x Magnifier). To attach the adapter to the smartphone, a suitable phone case with a hard polycarbonate or acrylic glass back is required.
