The KaWe MATERLIGHT 2 LED is a cost-effective examination light with a modern, slim design and easy-to-clean surfaces. Since the LED-HQ elements have been repositioned in our new high-end dermatoscope, the light reaches deeper layers of the skin. This gives an extremely vivid, spatial impression of lesions – similar to a 3D image. So even the details of the details stand out.

The HEINE colorSHIFT function is a genuine world first. It allows you to easily adjust the colour temperature to suit your own viewing habits. Go from warm white to bluish white in 4 stages.

Regardless of whether you prefer working close-up or further away, the image is always sharp and crystal clear.

The sturdy working ring enables the user to examine and manage a lesion under magnification by maintaining a constant distance between the skin and the dermatoscope. The HEINE diSTANCE is used instead of the regular contact plate.

If you consider the ordering costs, the shipping costs and the costs of changing the bulb itself, the upgrade pays for itself after around 3 XHL bulb purchases. Since the LED-HQ lamp consumes less power, the single-use battery or the battery charge lasts longer, and the rechargeable batteries’ durability is also increased since charging is required less often. It’s good for the environment, since there’s less battery waste!

So use the original HEINE spare part, as this is the only way to stay covered under the guarantee.
